Lamassu Care provides software and related website services for provider operations. We may update features, pricing, or service components from time to time.
Subscription checkout is processed through Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout details and keeping your payment method valid.
Refunds are available within 14 days of the start of a monthly billing period. After 14 days in that billing period, no refund is available for that period.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups before and during use of Lamassu Care. Lamassu Care does not provide backup services. If the app crashes or data becomes inaccessible, restoration is your responsibility using your own backup processes. We generally aim to fix reported issues within 24 hours, but response and fix times are not guaranteed.
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service in a way that harms Lamassu Care or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lamassu Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria, Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are effective when published on this page with a revised effective date.
